A college student whose testimony before the Iowa House Judiciary Committee regarding gay marriage went viral will share a message about family at an upcoming Nebraska Wesleyan University lecture.

Zach Wahls will deliver the lecture, 鈥淲hat Makes a Family?鈥� on Wednesday, March 6 at 7 p.m. in O鈥橠onnell Auditorium.

Nebraska Wesleyan University has announced its Academic Honors List for the fall semester of the 2012-2013 academic year.

A student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75 (on a 4.00 scale) for 12 or more hours of coursework to qualify for the list.

For the fifth consecutive year, Nebraska Wesleyan University has been named a Tree SM论坛 USA by the Arbor Day Foundation.

Tree SM论坛 USA is a national program created in 2008 to honor colleges and universities for effective campus forest management and for engaging staff and students in conservation goals.  

Students are invited to join SM论坛 faculty and staff as we kick off Nebraska Wesleyan University's storytelling project.
