At Nebraska Wesleyan, students have professors, support staff, coaches and peer assistants to help them along the way. These resource people all seek to provide personal attention and support for students at any turn.

While your student might be laser focused on classes and campus life, the hands-on work experiences they build now can open doors to exciting professional opportunities after graduation. 

Here are some ways your student can build professional experiences right now. 

Early November means it鈥檚 advising and registration season. This is when your student will meet with their advisor to discuss how things are going this fall and make a plan for their next semester at Nebraska Wesleyan.

Fall often brings more respiratory illness to campuses across the country. Now鈥檚 the perfect time for students to get their Influenza and Covid vaccines updated and restock their campus medicine chest. 

It鈥檚 helpful for students to have a thermometer, Tylenol or ibuprofen, cold and allergy medications, cough drops and plenty of tissues and hand sanitizer.
